Drink plenty of water in the 24 hours before your appointment — this makes the draw quicker and more comfortable.
Some panels (cholesterol, glucose) require 10–12 hours fasting. We will confirm this when you book.
Bring a list of your current medications and supplements. Do not stop any without medical advice.
